Mug Cake - Microwave Malva Pudding
We've made South Africa's favourite dessert into a quick treat, easily made in the microwave. Serves 2!

Ingredients:
For the Cake:
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp First Choice Milk
2 tbsp First Choice Butter
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp apricot jam
4 tbsp sugar
1 egg
For the Sauce:
¾ cup First Choice Milk
2 tbsp First Choice Butter
2 tbsp sugar
Directions:
For the Cake:

Heat the First Choice Milk and Butter in a mug in the microwave.

Mix the rest of the ingredients in.

Put the mixture in 2 mugs then microwave on high for 3 minutes.
For the Sauce:

In a microwavable dish, place all ingredients together and microwave for 1 minute.

Pour over puddings and enjoy with First Choice Custard!
