Microwave Carrot Mug Cake

1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch salt
2 tsp finely grated fresh carrots

1 egg
1 tsp oil
⅕ tsp ginger
For the Icing:
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp First Choice Butter
2 tsp castor sugar

Mix all ingredients and pour into two microwave-safe mugs.

For the Icing:
