Passion Potion
A dreamy drink with an exotic twist.
Ingredients:
400 ml First Choice Vanilla Velvet
2 scoops First Choice Vanilla Velvet ice-cream
30 ml lemon juice
80 ml First Choice passion fruit dessert topping
250 ml ice cubes
1 dash toasted coconut shavings
1 mint leaf
Whipped cream for topping
Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy and blended well (it will take a few minutes).

Pour into two tall glasses and top with whipped cream, passion fruit dessert topping, coconut shavings and mint.
