Butterscotch Latté

Froth the milk using a milk frother. If you don't have one, warm the milk in the microwave for 40 seconds (just before boiling point), and use a coffee plunger instead.
Heat up the First Choice Velvet in the microwave for 1 minute.
First, pour the milk into a cup, filling it 1/3 of the way.
Next, pour in the First Choice Velvet …very …. slowly.
Now, add the espresso and top with those tiny marshmallows.
To decorate, we toasted the marshmallows and drizzled with some First Choice Caramel Dessert Topping.
