Add some First Choice Cream or Velvet to this home-made Rooibos Chai Iced Latte!

 5 ml vanilla essence
 2 tsp honey
 2 sticks cinnamon
 2 star anise
 25 ml ground cardamom
 25 ml ground ginger
 3 cloves
 3 peppercorns
 25 ml ground all spice
 2 cups boiling water
 2 rooibos teabags
 2 lavender sprigs
 250 ml First Choice Full Cream Milk
 a dash of First Choice Cream
 First Choice Vanilla Velvet optional

1. Place all the ingredients, excepting the First Choice Milk, cream and Velvet,
in a medium sized pot.

2. Simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Fill 2 cups or glasses with Ice.

4. Fill each cup halfway with First Choice Full Cream Milk.

5. Add a dash of First Choice Cream or First Choice Vanilla Velvet for a more
luxurious drink.

6. Strain the tea into the cups and sprinkle with some lavender before
serving.
