Koesisters
The “kwaiste koesister” you'll ever make!

Sieve all the dry ingredients together.
Mix the 3 eggs with the 150g First Choice Butter.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
Add the potato to the mixture.
Mix with lukewarm water until it forms a dough of loose consistency.
Cover the dough with cling wrap and place in a warm sunny area for an hour.
Form 4cm long oblong shapes with the dough.
Fry the dough in the oil until brown.
Put the sugar, water and cinnamon sticks in a medium-size pot.
Bring to boil and let it simmer for 10 min.
Dunk the koesiesters in the syrup for a few seconds and then sprinkle with coconut.
Best served warm!
